 - Después de a ver doblado su tamaño vamos a ponchar la masa.


 - Extenderemos la masa sobre una mesa enharinada y le daremos forma de rectángulo.
Barnizar la masa con mantequilla derretida.

 - Agregar nuestro relleno como las pasas, nuez y almendras, les pondremos un poco de canela y un poco de azúcar mascabado.



 - Envolvemos haciendo un taco de lo ancho para que esté no quede tan gordo.

 - Corte rebanadas de 2.5 cm de ancho y acomodar en un molde ya previamente engrasado y enharinado.
Llevar a fermentar hasta que esta haya doblado su tamaño.


 - Precalentar el horno a 180°C durante 10 minutos.
Después de que ya hayan doblando su tamaño poner cubitos de mantequilla y un poco de azúcar mascabado.

 - Meterlos a hornear durante 30 minutos a 200°C.

 - Después de a ver pasado el tiempo los dejamos enfriar y ya estarán listos para comer.😋
