 - Pasamos la masa en una superficie firme y limpia para seguir amasando hasta que sea una masa más suave y que ya no se pegue en nuestras manos. Cuando sea así debemos de añadir la mantequilla con la llena de los dedos. Después de agregar la mantequilla añadimos la cucharadita de leche para que nuestra masa sea un poco más suave.



 - Llevamos la masa a fermentar en un recipiente engrasado, hasta que la masa doble su tamaño.


 - Después ponchamos la masa.

 - Pasamos a la mesa y empezamos a extender con un rodillo. Recordamos los bordes para formar un rectángulo.


 - Barnizamos con la mantequilla derretida. Espolvoreamos con la una mezcla de azúcar mascabado con canela. Añadimos las pasas remojadas en el controy. También se puede agregar otro relleno, el que sea de su agrado en mi caso usé nueces picadas.



 - Enrollamos cuidadosamente para que no se salga nuestro relleno.


 - Recortamos la masa de aproximadamente 3 cm de ancho puede usar dos dedos como referencia.

 - Colocamos en una charola enharinada y dejamos reposar hasta que doblen de tamaño. Les colocamos pequeños cubitos de mantequilla.


 - Llevamos al horno a 180 ⁰C por aproximadamente 30 minutos.
 - Para el glaseado debemos de mezclar el azúcar glas con un poco de leche. Y la añadimos a los roles una vez que terminen de hornearse.
