  8. Empezaremos a enrollar desde lo largo hacia el centro. Para formar tipo un taquito.
  9. Comenzaremos a cortar con un cuchillo los pedacitos que serán los roles.
    Yo me acomodo mejor cortando con hilo para no aplastar la masa pero pueden hacerlo como mejor se acomoden.
  10. Se irán colocando en un refractario enmantequillado o en una charola para cupcake de igual manera enmantequillada. Se dejarán fermentar hasta doblar su tamaño.
  11. Una vez ya fermentados se les pondrán cubitos de mantequilla encima y azúcar mascabada. Se meterán al horno previamente calentado a 180° durante aproximadamente 45 min. Ya solo queda esperar a que se enfríen y estarán listos para disfrutar.
