  2. Cortamos a lo largo los tomates, exprimimos los tomates en un colador
  3. Agregamos 2 cda de aceite de oliva en una cacerola, agregamos las cebollas y ajos coartadas en cubos de 1 cm
  4. Freímos hasta que los ajos y las cebollas tomen un color doradito
  5. Agregamos los tomates y verificamos que se deshagan con el calor
  6. Ya que veamos que se están deshaciendo, agregamos 100 ml del jugo de tómate y 100 ml de agua
  7. Removemos todo el tomate que quede 60 % tómate y 40% agua y lo agregamos a la licuadora y lo molemos.
  8. Posteriormente ya licuado el tomate, le agregamos 300 ml de agua y 150 de puré de tomate, para profundizar el tono de la salsa.
  9. Condimentar con sal, pimienta y orégano.
  10. Tapamos y removemos por 30 minutos, se tiene que diluir.
  11. Ya que esté listo lo colocamos en un recipiente.
  12. Para la pizza preparamos la masa y le agregamos la salsa de tomate.
  13. Le agregamos el queso manchego
  14. Ya casi finalizando le agregamos el Pepperoni, la metemos al horno a 220° por 20 minutos.
  15. Por último la cortamos en rebanadas y servimos.
