  23. al gusto quesillo
  24. al gusto chorizo
  25. al gusto queso para pizza

Steps to make to make Pizza

  1. Cortar los tomates a lo largo, exprimir el tomate con ayuda de un colador hasta sacar las semillas para reservar el jugo.
    Sacar el jugo a las semillas.
  2. En una olla colocamos 2 cdas de aceite de oliva y agregamos los tomates tapamos hasta que ablanden.

    Posteriormente agregamos el tomate licuado y revolvemos de 3 a 4 minutos.
    Después agregamos 300 ml de agua y 150 ml de puré de tomate.
  4. Condimentamos al gusto con la albahaca, sal y pimienta.
  5. Tapamos y dejamos reducir por 30 min, a fuego medio.
    Cuando el tomate este abajo y el agua esté arriba Movemos y tapamos constantemente.
    Ya que lleguemos al punto de reducción deseado, colocamos nuestra salsa en un recipiente, posteriormente agregar 15 ml de aceite.
  6. Verter los polvos para mezclarlos.
  7. Entibiar el agua y verter para empezar a hacer una masa.
  8. Una vez que la masa tenga consistencia, agregar el aceite de olivo y amasar. Tapar y dejar fermentar.
  9. Dividir en dos la masa para hacer las pizzas con ayuda del rodillo y ponerla sobre las charolas.
  10. Agregar la salsa que hicimos antes y posterior el queso para pizza y los otros tres ingredientes y barnizar de huevo la orilla y poner encima el ajonjolí.
  11. Precalentar el horno durante 12 y 15 minutos y posteriormente meter a hornear la pizza hasta que agarre un buen color.
