- Extendemos la mantequilla sobre nuestra mezcla y volvemos a amasar hasta integrarla completa mente, seguido engrasamos con aceite un bowl o bote que tengamos en nuestra casa, lo tapamos para que nuestra mezcla repose y nuestra levadura fermente, la dejaremos alrededor de 30 minutos, (en caso de que nuestra mezcla no tenga una textura suave agregar más agua de poco en poco hasta que tenga una suavidad y elasticidad considerable)



- Una vez pasado el tiempo de reposo pochamos nuestra masa, tomamos pedazos pequeños de nuestra mezcla lo extendemos en la mesa (previamente enrarinada) aplanados con las manos o redilo extendemos un poco y rellenamos con el relleno de nuestra preferencia, lo envolvemos con las orillas de nuestra masa aplanada peñiscamos las orillas envueltas hasta que se fucionen, ponemos boca abajo y lo hacemos girar en nuestra mano como se ve en la imagen hasta tener bollitas
- Dejamos reposar sobre la bandeja hasta que vuelva a doblar su tamaño, seguido bañamos en huevo nuestros bollos con una cuchara o con una brocha, le dejamos caer algunas semillas de ajonjolí, precalentamos el horno a 180°C por 15 minutos, una vez pasado el tiempo introducimos nuestros bollor al horno y los dejamos hornear a la misma temperar por 20 min, una vez pasado el tiempo apagamos el horno y sacamos, listo hemos terminado nuestra receta
