  5. Expandiremos nuestra masa por las esquinas guiándonos de la cruz que hicimos, dejaremos una pequeña pancita en el centro, esa no la aplastamos
  6. Colocamos nuestra margarina en el centro y la tapamos con la primer orilla, luego la otra orilla que va en la misma dirección y hacemos lo mismo con las otras dos orillas
  7. Giraremos nuestra masa de modo que la abertura se vea del lado derecho, la abertura siempre irá de ese lado y extendemos intentando dejarla lo más recta posible, ya que esta no se puede cortar
  8. Nuestro primer doblez y el segundo será sencillo, agarramos la parte inferior y la jalamos a un poco más abajo del centro y la parte superior la colocamos por encima como si fuera un tríptico, recordemos dejar la abertura siempre del lado derecho, volvemos a extender volvemos a hacer el mismo doblez de tríptico y nuevamente extendemos
  9. El siguiente doblez será diferente este también se realizará 2 veces.
    Imaginemos que tenemos una línea en medio entonces jalamos la parte inferior y superior al centro, simulando un libro y de ahí colocamos la mitad encima de la otra mitad, dejando un libro cerrado recordemos dejar nuevamente el doblez a la derecha y volvemos a extender
  10. El último doblez será sencillo nuevamente como si fuera un tríptico, si la masa no se usará, se congela hasta que se vaya a usar y listo
