 - Cuando ya hayamos terminado de integrar el poolish se agregara el aceite. (En caso de que nuestra mezcla esté muy seca, se le puede agregar un poco más se agua tibia)


 - Cuando nuestra masa esté lista la llevaremos a fermentar hasta que doble si tamaño, para esto nos pondremos un poco de aceite de olivo en la manos y en un bowl para que no se pegué.



 - Cuando nuestra masa ya haya doblado su tamaño, la pondremos sobre nuestra mesa y la estiraremos con ayuda de un rodillo y la cortaremos en rectángulos.


 - Después colocaremos nuestras ciabattas sobre una charola previamente enmantequillada y enharinada, para dejarlas reposar otros 15 min aproximadamente.

 - Pasados los 15 minutos, se barnisaran con un poco de aceite de olivo y se le colocarán las aceitunas. Y los volveremos a dejar reposar otro 15 minutos aproximadamente.

 - Pasado de nuevo los 15 min los llevaremos al horno precalentado a 185°C de 15 a 25 minutos. Y están listos para disfrutar
