- Vamos a empezar a revolver a una temperatura baja hasta que tengamos nuestra consistencia espesa y listo dejamos enfriar para que espese un poco más.
- Empezamos a rellenar nuestros profiteroles, le hacemos un pequeño orificio en la parte de abajo para poder agregar nuestra crema pastelera.
- Una vez ya rellenado todos nuestros profiteroles hacemos nuestro caramelo poner en una temperatura baja el azúcar hasta que se derrita y tome el color a caramelo.
- Ya hecho nuestro caramelo con ayuda de una base de cartón empezamos a pegar nuestro profiteroles con nuestro caramelo.
- Espolvoreamos con azúcar glass y unas frambuesas y listo a degustar de nuestro delicioso croquembouche.
