 - 400 gr huevos
 - 420 ml leche
 - 100 ml aceite
 - 750 gr harina de trigo
 - 25 gr fécula de maíz

- Mise en place.

 - Suavice la mantequilla con una espátula en un tazón o en la batidora eléctrica con el aditamento de pala. Agregue el azúcar y bata hasta obtener una preparación tersa y esponjosa.


 - Agregue los huevos uno por uno batiendo cada uno hasta incorporarlo a la mezcla antes de añadir el siguiente. Vierta la leche y bata nuevamente hasta incorporarla, añada de la misma forma el aceite.


 - Cierna sobre un tazón la harina de trigo con la fécula de maíz y el polvo para hornear y agréguela a la mezcla de mantequilla y huevos. Bata hasta obtener una masa homogénea de color uniforme y sin grumos.



 - Engrase y enharine el molde para mantecadas. Precaliente el horno a 170°C. Introduzca la masa en la manga pastelera y distribúyala en cada cantidad de molde hasta llenar 1/4 partes de su capacidad.


 - Horneé los garibaldis durante 18 minutos hasta que se doren ligeramente. Retirelos del horno y déjelos enfriar.


 - Nuestro glaseado lo calentamos con un poco de agua y barnizamos bien nuestros garibaldis, y por último agregamos las grageas blancas.
