  4. Ponemos en una cacerola agua y 1/2 cebolla, cuando esté hirviendo agregaremos los chiles mulatos y después de unos segundos lo apagamos
  5. Ponemos a calentar un sartén y empezamos a asar las pepitas de calabazas con ayuda de una palita para que no se nos queme y movemos, cuando empiece a reventar le apagamos al fuego.
  6. En un sartén ponemos aceite, le agregamos las tortillas y empezamos a freír, una vez frita las sacamos para que se escurra
  7. Cuando tengamos todo listo.
  8. Llevamos a la licuadora los chiles, la cebolla, las pepitas de calabaza, las tortillas
  9. Y el caldo de pollo, licuamos
  10. Ponemos una cacerola al fuego y le agregamos aceite, después le agregaremos la salsa y le pondremos las ramas de epazote y dejamos que hierva.
  11. Un vez que haya hervido le agregaremos las piezas de pollo y dejamos que se concentre los sabores y después le apagamos a la estufa y listo.
  12. Y listo emplatamos en este caso yo lo acompañé con arroz blanco.
