 - Y prepararemos el relleno partiremos las guayabas a la mitad y las vamos a cocer con azúcar, canela y el agua hasta que estén suaves.



 - Y después las pasaremos por un colador para quitarle la semilla y la cáscara y la regresaremos al fuego y herviremos hasta que espese y lo dejaremos enfriar.


 - Ya teniendo todo listo en nuestro molde pondremos una bolsa. A la mitad para poder poner nuestro bizcocho y poderlo bañar con las tres leches.


 - Y lo iremos humedeciendo y le pondremos una capa del relleno y así hasta terminar y lo llevaremos a la nevera por 3 horas para después poderlo decorar.


 - Pasando ese tiempo lo sacamos de la bolsa y lo acomodamos en una charola y lo vamos alisando y tomando forma.



 - Hasta dejarlo liso y decorarlo al gusto de la persona.



 - Finalmente después de dejarlo liso lo decorar hemos a nuestro gusto.



 - Y lo llevaremos al refrigerador para que enfríe y poderlo degustar una tarde.
