 - Sacar el bizcocho del horno y cortar los discos en tres partes iguales.
Colocar el primer disco en la base giratoria y humectar la con el jarabe y rellenar con el ganache, repetir con los discos restantes.

 - Montar la crema de chocolate y agregar colorante negro al gusto.
 - Cubrir con la crema por completo, refrigerar durante 30 minutitos decorar con distintos chocolates al gusto.
