- Desmontar el bizcocho con la ayuda de un cuchillo, quitar las tapas para poder emparejar
- Cortar el bizcocho en 3 partes iguales, hidratar con el jarabe previamente elaborado, agregar el relleno a una manga y colocarlo entre capa y capa
- Batir la crema para la decoración y dar una primera capa, refrigerar de 20 a 25 minutos dejando que tome consistencia la crema. Sacar y dar una segunda capa, en dos bowls colocar crema para batir y una gota de colorante en cada uno, colocar en una manga y ponerlo en forma de puntos alrededor de todo el pastel
