- Colocamos en una charola con papel encerado, barnizamos con huevo y ponemos el ajonjolí y horneamos a 180°c por 20 minutos.
- Para la guarnición en bowl mezclamos las papas con el aceite el orégano, la sal y la pimienta y horneamos hasta que las papas estén blandas.
