  2. Poner los 150 gr de azúcar en el molde, poner en el fuego para que se derrita y se haga el caramelo, reservar.
  3. Para el flan, licuar la leche condensada, leche evaporada, los huevos, la vainilla y la fécula de maíz y reservar.
  4. Para el bizcocho, fundir el chocolate con la mantequilla en baño María o también puede ser en microondas y reservar.
  5. Batir los huevos junto con los 100 gr de azúcar, hasta que a punto listón. Una vez que tenga el volumen deseado, agregar el chocolate de una forma de hilo y cuidadosamente.
  6. Cuando agregamos el chocolate con una pala mezclar de manera envolvente para mezclar correctamente.
  7. Una vez mezclado el chocolate, agregar los polvos (harina, Royal, bicarbonato y sal) cernidos. Mezclar de manera envolvente para que no se escape el aire que se incorporó durante el batido.
  8. Verter la mezcla del bizcocho (solo un poco) en el molde donde se encuentra el caramelo, después verter la mezcla del flan, con mucho cuidado, se pues utilizar una cuchara para que la mezcla no de directamente a la del bizcocho. Es importante que la mezcla no llegue al tope.
  9. Forrar el molde con papel aluminio, llevar a cocción a baño María, durante 1 hora a fuego medio. Después de qué pasó el tiempo introducir un palillo y cuando salga limpio nos indica que ya está cocido.
  10. Una vez terminada la cocción esperamos hasta que entibie, después pasamos nuestro pastel a un plato. Esperamos a que enfríe y podrás disfrutar una rebana.
