  9. Ponemos a calentar la leche agregando el restante de el azúcar y la cdita de vainilla
    En este caso también agregue un poco de canela
  10. Antes de llegar al punto de ebullición, atemperamos la mezcla de las yemas agregando un poco de leche, para después agregarlo al resto de la leche
  11. Revolveremos hasta tener una consistencia espesa a temperatura baja
  12. En la manga pondremos la crema pastelera para rellenar nuestros profiteroles por la parte de abajo
  13. Ponemos agua y azúcar para nuestro caramelo, revolveremos hasta tener un color dorado
  14. Agregamos un poco de caramelo para ir pegando nuestros profiteroles en forma de pirámide
