- Para la masa juntar los polvos y añadir el agua hirviendo y amasar hasta conseguir un masa elástica, reposar por 10 min



- Cortar las verduras en julianas

- Cortar las col y la acelga en chifonade

- En un sartén añadir aceite y saltear las verduras por 5 min

- Después de ese tiempo añadir la acelga y la col y saltear por 1 min más

- Extender la masa con ayuda de un rodillo y formar una tira larga y un poco ancha


- Rellenar con la verdura salteada y enrollarlo


- En un recipiente colocar suficiente aceite y dejar calentar. Añadir los rollitos y freír por 5 min, reservar para eliminar exceso de grasa
