  6. Tapar con aluminio, colocar sobre una charola y hornear una hora y media por 170º c, enfriar a temperatura ambiente.
  7. Mientras esperamos a que enfríe, disolver la fécula de maíz en el jugo de limón.
    Para la compota, en una sartén poner la frambuesa con el azúcar y llevar a fuego, agregar un poquito de agua,
  8. Usando rompa hervor agregar la fécula de maíz hidratada con el limón. Esperar hasta que se espese, esperar que enfríe y después verter encima del cheesecake.
  9. Una vez terminado podrás disfrutar de una rebanada.
