  4. Verter en un molde engrasado y hornear a 180°C por 25 min, o hasta que salga limpio un palillo.
  5. Para el jarabe hervimos todas las leches junto con la raja de canela.
  6. Dejamos enfriar para ocuparla más al rato.

  7. Partimos las guayabas a la mitad y cocemos con el azúcar, la canela y el agua hasta que estén suaves.
  8. Pasamos por un colador para quitarles las semillas y cáscara.
  9. Lo regresamos al fuego y lo dejamos hervir hasta que espese. Dejamos enfriar.
  10. Quitamos la parte de arriba y abajo del bizcocho, y hacemos dos cortes a lo largo de tal modo que nos queden 3 piezas lo más uniformes posibles
  11. Colocamos el bizcocho en un molde con un plástico debajo y vamos intercalando bizcocho, jarabe y relleno, en ese orden.
  12. Puedes ayudarte de un cuchillo para que el bizcocho absorba más rápido el jarabe.
  13. Una vez que terminemos, batimos la crema, aplanados por encima y refrigeramos por 15 min.
  14. Sacamos del refrigerador y cubrimos el pastel con el resto de la crema.
  15. Nosotros quisimos decorarlo glitter. Para esto con la ayuda de una pistola para decorar, agregamos ron, el matizador, el glitter y colorante amarillo y comenzamos a rociarlo.
  16. Si no quieres ocupar glitter puedes decorarlo al estilo que más te guste.
