- Preparamos frijoles colados o Tsaaj bi bu'ul* que son fantásticos porque como no tienen la pielecita de los frijoles no hacen daño. 
En una cacerola salteamos cebolla picada, un diente de ajo también picado en una cucharada de aceite, un jitomate pelado y picado, añadimos una lata de atún, una cucharadita de consomé en polvo, pimienta y pimiento de lata picadito. - Preparamos un chiltomate: ponemos a hervir 3 jitomates a los que les cortamos la pielecita alrededor para poderlos pelar y luego los molemos en la licuadora con una cucharadita de consomé en polvo, pimienta y medio chipotle adobado, normalmente le pongo medio chile habanero cortado por la mitad solo a que de sabor pero no tenía y la ponemos a hervir.
 - Calentamos nuestras tortillas y a cada una la untamos con los frijoles colados, les ponemos una cucharada del atún, las doblamos, las colocamos en un plato y las cubrimos con la salsa de chiltomate, yo les puse un poco de queso rallado por encima. 
Una lata sirve para dos personas de 3 dobladas cada quien.
