 - 1/2 taza cajeta
 - al gusto azúcar glass para espolvorear

- Ordenar nuestro mice & place

 - Mezclar todos los ingredientes secos(harina, azúcar, levadura y sal) y formar un volcán.


 - En el centro agregar los huevos y comenzar a mezclar.


 - Integrar la leche poco a poco y continuar mezclando hasta obtener una masa suave.


 - Cuando ya esté consistente la masa, agregaremos el ron y seguimos trabajando para integrar bien. Finalmente agregamos el aceite y amasamos un poco más.



 - Engrasamos un bowl, guardamos la masa, cubrimos con un trapo húmedo y dejamos fermentar hasta doblar su tamaño.


 - Cuando la masa haya doblado su tamaño, ponchamos y amasamos un poco para sacar el gas.


 - Cortamos porciones de 60 gr aproximadamente y boleamos cada una para formar bolitas. También puedes omitir este paso y estiras la masa como si fueras a preparar galletas con un grosor de 2 a 3 centímetros y cortas con un cortador de galletas circular de 5 cm de diámetro. (De esta manera la cocción será más rápida).

 - Colocamos en una charola con papel encerado, cubrimos y dejamos fermentar una segunda vez para que doblen su tamaño.


 - Cuando ya hayan doblado su tamaño, ponemos a calentar los 500 ml de aceite en un sartén hondo o una cacerola a fuego medio.


 - Dejamos calentar bien y comenzamos a freír. Conforme van tomando un tono dorado, volteamos para evitar que se quemen. Bajamos el fuego si es necesario.


 - Dejamos dorar de ambos lados y retiramos. Colocamos sobre papel absorbente hasta que se enfríen.


 - Para rellenarlas vamos a hacer una pequeña incisión con un palito de madera o algún popote metálico. De modo que podamos rellenarlas. Rellenamos con una manga pastelera con los ingredientes de nuestras elección.



 - Espolvoreamos con azúcar glass y listo. ¡A disfrutar!
