Steps to make to make Tiramisú
- Empezamos haciendo las soletas, llevamos a batir las yemas hasta blanquearlas agregando poco a poco el azúcar, por otro lado hacemos un merengue francés batiendo claras y dejando caer en forma de lluvia el azúcar.


 - Para revolver el merengue con las yemas, vamos alternando el merengue con la harina previamente cernida de lo hacemos de manera envolver. Posterior pasamos nuestra mezcla a una manga y sobre nuestra charola vamos haciendo nuestras galletas, espolvoreamos azúcar glass y llevamos a hornear por 20 min a 180°.



 - Mientras se hornean las galletas haremos nuestro jarabe, llevando a fuego lento los ingredientes hasta que llegue a hervir, reservamos y dejamos enfriar.

 - Hacemos nuestro paté a bom, llevamos el azúcar y agua al fuego lento para conseguir un caramelo bola suave, cuando este esté hirviendo de manera pareja empezamos a batir nuestras yemas y agregamos nuestro caramelo directo y batimos muy bie.


 - Nuestra grenetina la revolvemos con agua y la llevamos a derretir a baño María, después la agregamos a nuestro paté a bom.

 - Acremado nuestro queso crema y revolvemos con nuestro paté a bom ya con grenetina, y agregamos licor de café.

 - Batimos nuestra crema Lyncott estanque llegue a punta suave, y mezclamos de manera envolvente con nuestra demás mezcla.


 - Para empezar armar nuestro Tiramisú, en un molde vamos agregando una cama de galletas previamente humectadas con nuestro jarabe, agregamos nuestro relleno y una capa de cocoa, y repetimos hasta conseguir tres capas. Refrigeramos por 24 hrs.



 - Para decorar ponemos soletas alrededor y un listón. Está listo para disfrutar.
