Enrollar en el rodillo e ir colocando con mucho cuidado en un molde para tarta engrasado y enharinado. Retirar el sobrante. (Si es mucho sobrante se pueden hacer mini tartas en molde de cupcakes)
  5. Hornear de 20 a 25 minutos, cuando la base se vea firme y un poco doradita. Una vez fría, cubrir la base con el chocolate derretido.
  6. Disolver la fécula en el agua y batir con las yemas.
  7. Calentar las leches en estufa junto con la vainilla hasta el primer hervor y bajar a la flama más bajita. Tomamos un par de cucharadas, agregamos a la mezcla de yemas hasta que esté todo incorporado y vaciamos a las leches moviendo constantemente hasta que espese. Cuidado de no dejar quemar la mezcla
  8. Colar la mezcla, dejar enfriar y refrigerar mínimo 2 horas.
  9. Agregar el relleno a la base y decorar con frutas.
