 - Agregar los polvos cernidos alternando con el merengue francés y al acabar la mezcla agregar unas gotas de colorante en gel (dependerá de la intensidad de color que quieres que se vea)



 - Vaciar en un molde con papel encerado y hornear a 180°C por 30 min o hasta que al picarlo, el cuchillo o palillo salga limpio


 - Para hacer el frosting:
acrema el queso crema y una vez en punto pomada agrega la crema para batir y mezcla


 - Agrega el azúcar glass, el jugo de limón y la esencia de vainilla y mezcla, refrigerala


 
- Una vez listo el pan cortarlo en tres discos y pon el frosting en la primera capa y fresas fileteadas, igual a la segunda capa y agrega mango picado y pon la última capa
