- Jarabe de canela
- 240 ml agua
- 100 gr azúcar
- Canela

- Primero preparamos la mise en place de todo lo que haremos y posteriormente comenzaremos con los bizcochos y el jarabe de canela pondremos agua a hervir junto a la canela y el azúcar.
- Para el mousse de fresa pondremos una taza de agua caliente en un bowl y agregaremos la gelatina, la leche, la leche condensada y finalmente la crema para batir y integraremos bien todo.
- Pondremos sobre un disco de bizcocho de vainilla cubriendo el pan, y dejaremos en el refrigerador por 5 min.
- Para la geleé, licuaremos la piña, y la grenetina previamente hidratada y derretida, agregamos el azúcar y integraremos.
- Pondremos sobre la mousse de fresa.
- Para la mousse de frutos rojos haremos lo mismo que hicimos con la de fresa, pero podemos utilizar un poco de colorante para que se distinga los sabores.
- La pondremos sobre el geleé y dejaremos reposar en el refrigerador por otros 10 min, finalmente pondremos el bizchoco de chocolate, al que previamente le hemos puesto un poco de jarabe de canela, y cubrimos con la mousse que haya quedado.
- Comenzaremos con la cobertura espejo, primeramente pondremos el agua, azúcar y la leche condensada, cuando esto hierva pondremos la grenetina previamente hidratada y revolveremos hasta que se disuelva.
- Agregaremos el chocolate e incorporamos bien y agregamos el colorante amarillo.
- Pondremos en una rejilla para que se escurra el exceso, tratemos que no se haga como el mío, que no escurrió bien 🥺.
