  1. Lo primero que se hará será hacer un volcán con nuestros ingredientes secos (la harina, el azúcar y la sal), después pondremos la levadura en medio y le agregaremos leche tibia poco a poco, mientras mezclamos.
  2. Después agregaremos el huevo para comenzar a amasar, e ir agregando las grasas (la mantequilla, margarina y la manteca está debe estar a punto de pomada).
  3. Amasaremos hasta que nuestra masa sea suave, para después llevar a fermentar (hasta que doble su tamaño).
  4. En lo que nuestra masa dobla su tamaño prepararemos la costra. Mezclaremos el azúcar glas y la manteca vegetal (a punto de pomada), si queremos que tenga color, en este punto se lo pondremos con colorante en gel.
  5. Cuando nuestra masa ya haya doblado su tamaño, la poncharemos y dividiremos en porciones de 80 gr.
  6. Ya dividida a nuestra masa le daremos le daremos la forma deseada boleando o dándole forma con nuestras manos.
  7. Una vez dada la forma le colocaremos un poco de manteca vegetal para después poner la costra (con un grosor de 2mm aproximadamente), y daremos forma con un cortador o cuchillo.
  8. Después los llevaremos nuevamente a fermentar y después llevármelos al horno precalentado a 180°C, durante aproximadamente de 25-30 min.
  9. Sacaremos del horno y ya están listos para disfrutar.
