- Con huevo batido pegamos los huesitos y los botones a nuestra bola de masa y dejamos fermentar ya en la forma.



- Después de la segunda fermentación pasamos los panes a una charola y los llevamos a horner por 180 grados centígrados por 20 minutos.


- Al salir del horno pintar con mantequilla derretida y espolvorear con azúcar.
