  10. Una vez colocadas todas en la charola, procedemos a darles su segundo proceso de fermentación hasta que doblen su tamaño en un lugar cálido, podemos precalentar el horno a 180° mientras leudan.
  11. Una vez doblado su tamaño, procedemos a hornear de 15-25 minutos (dependiendo el tamaño de las conchas) a 180°, verificando que la base no se nos queme y tengan un color uniforme. Una vez pasado el tiempo sacamos del horno y esperamos a enfriar un poco.
