  4. Para la mezcla vamos a revolver el huevo y leche batimos bien e incorporamos la harina mezclamos bien. (La mezcla debe estar espesa)
  5. En un recipiente pones a calentar suficiente aceite. Recuerden debe entrar la bolita que hicieron por qué se debe sumergir.
  6. Bueno una vez caliente su aceite.. sacaremos la bolita del congelador y de inmediato pondremos la mezcla que hicimos y vamos a freír por unos 3 min. Y listo sacamos y servimos con lechera, cajeta.
  7. Nota. No saquen todas sus bolitas por qué el helado comenzara a derretir y cuando esté en el aceite puede salpicar.
