 - Pasados los 10 minutos abrimos la masa y agregamos la mitad del chorro de aceite que no es para freír. Amasamos y cuando se haya incorporado el aceite, volvemos a abrir la masa, agregamos el aceite restante y seguimos amasando. Esto lo hacemos para facilitar la incorporación del aceite.

 - Amasamos por otros 5 minutos de forma suave hasta tener una masa firme, elástica y suave. Otro indicador de que la masa está bien trabajada es la presencia de pequeñas burbujas o ampollas de aire en la superficie.

 - Tapamos con un plástico y un trozo de tela y dejamos reposar la masa hasta que doble su tamaño, en mi caso, con una temperatura ambiente de aproximadamente 27°C la masa tardó 35 minutos en leudar lo suficiente, esto depende del clima de dónde te encuentres.

 - Pesamos trozos de masa de 35g, les damos forma de bolitas y las aplastamos suavemente. Dejamos que doblen su tamaño, en mi caso tardaron aproximadamente 30 minutos.


 - Fríelas en aceite caliente por un lado hasta que esté completamente dorada y voltealas para dorar el otro lado.

 - Abre un orificio en la orilla del pan y rellénalo de tu mermelada favorita con una manga pastelera y espolvorealas con azúcar glass al gusto y listo. Yo les puse mermelada de zarzamoras y quedaron muy ricas :)
